How to Construct Permeable Cast-in-Place Blind Track Bricks on Colored Pavement
On-site overlay continuous blind tracks, available in any color, suitable for concrete, asphalt, or masonry substrates. Combining rigidity and flexibility, performance indicators exceed national standards, as robust as diamond. Flexible installation according to road shape, with smooth curved transitions. Open to traffic in 2 hours, with permanent adhesion. Cast-in-place continuous blind tracks can be customized to any color as required by landscape design, ensuring the overall road composition is not disrupted by prominent lines or the consistent yellow blind track bricks. Colors can be altered as needed, allowing blind track bricks to seamlessly integrate with the road landscape.
Product Category: High-Strength Inorganic Polymer
Compressive Strength: ≥30MPa; Flexural Strength: ≥4.0MPa; Adhesion: Permanent
Applicable Substrates: Concrete, asphalt, stone, paving bricks, etc. Construction Method: On-site continuous construction
Working Temperature: 5°C-35°C (Cast-in-place Blind Tracks) refer to continuous blind tracks made using inorganic high-strength polymer materials and specialized molds, constructed on existing road surfaces through cast-in-place methods. They are divided into guiding strips and guiding points. Standard widths include 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, and 600mm, with flexible customization available based on user needs. Unlike pre-made blind track bricks, cast-in-place blind tracks are a continuous blind track system constructed on-site, formed by overlaying existing new or old concrete roads, asphalt pavements, or masonry surfaces. The design and installation of blind strips and blind points strictly adhere to the national standard "Code for Accessibility Design of Urban Roads and Buildings JGJ-50-2001." They can be used in any location requiring blind tracks, particularly suitable for overlaying on completed asphalt or concrete roads.
Code for Accessibility Design JGJ-50-2001, applicable to any location requiring blind tracks, especially suitable for overlaying on completed asphalt concrete roads.
Construction Technology
1. Base Requirements and Cleaning
Suitable for both new and old asphalt or concrete pavements, with no slope requirements. The base surface must be clean, firm, and free of looseness. It can be damp but without standing water.
2. Laying Prefabricated Blind Track Molds
Place prefabricated molds made of soft polyurethane material onto the work surface. Standard widths are generally 30cm, 40cm, 50cm, and 60cm, as per design requirements.
3. Spreading Blind Track Polymer
Pour the on-site mixed high-strength water-based environmentally friendly VSS polymer slurry onto the mold and level it. Remove the mold immediately after completion.
4. Surface Sealing
Apply a layer of colored wear-resistant surface coating onto the cured polymer cast-in-place ultra-thin blind track to further beautify the pavement, forming an integrated color-band blind track. The quality can be assessed through the construction process: the polymer cast-in-place ultra-thin blind track overlaid on the original road surface ensures permanent adhesion, no delamination, no cracking, and long service life.
